The registration period of Emprende Lunares will be open until September 30 and a total of 10 projects will be awarded.

| 18.09.2019 | The Cajasol Foundation and the Double Erre fashion and communication agency, with the collaboration of the International Flamenco Fashion Show (SIMOF), convened the fourth edition of the «Cajasol Emprende Lunares Foundation» contest.

It is a project aimed at promises of Flemish fashion that aims to boost their professional careers within the business market. In fact, the winners may participate in a four-month training and promotion plan; regulated and directed by professionals from different sectors.

Registration deadline

The registration period to participate will be open until September 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Among the requirements it is required to be a resident in Spain, of legal age and, to those under 30, to have been applicants to participate as a designer in the Flemish Fashion Designers Contest. In addition to duly completing the application individually or collectively (a maximum of 4 people are allowed per project).

Assessment

Candidates will be subject to the evaluation of a jury of experts who will take into account: The originality and the innovative nature of the «business idea», the creativity and talent of the designs presented, the future expectations of the marketing and the level of development of the projects, as well as the technology used and its business viability.

The winners, which can be between 6 and 10 of the projects presented, will receive a 20-hour business management training plan, taught by professionals from the sector, at the Cajasol Foundation Institute of Studies; a specialized training in Flemish fashion, in which the Master Class taught in the Lina 1960 workshop by its creative director Rocío Montero stands out. And a promotion plan that will consist of the participation in an individual parade in the Cajasol Foundation in January-February 2020 and in a parade in the International Flamenco Fashion Show (SIMOF) in February 2021.

Emprende Lunares

The Cajasol Emprende Lunares Foundation project was born in 2016 from the need to give an opportunity to flamenco fashion talents, offering training activities necessary to undertake a business path specialized in Flemish fashion, a Training Plan to learn how to design a Plan of company that can be accessed between 6 and 10 companies or professionals in each edition.
